A grassroots club runs on a spreadsheet somebody owns, four WhatsApp groups nobody reads, and one volunteer who knows where everything is. It works until that person is away, and then it does not.

Clubs with their own pitches can take bookings and payments through lekkin too — with your own fixtures already in the diary, so nobody lets the Saturday morning slot the first team is playing in.
That part is paid: £20 a month for one bookable pitch, never more than £60 however many you have. The money goes to your account, not ours — we take no commission.
